Gruppo Vecchia Toscana can count on one of the most complete and integrated productive structures in the Tuscan tanning district.
A production plant of over 18,000 m2, of which 13,000 m2 indoors, equipped with all the systems and machinery necessary to guarantee significant production volumes and high quality standards.
Over time, Vecchia Toscana has expanded and completely integrated its structure, with the aim of carrying out the entire process within its premises and thus controlling the leather transformation process, from the raw hides arrival until the shipment of the finished product, with extreme attention to detail in every processing phase.
In 2019 the structure was further enlarged, thanks to the purchase of a 2,500 m2 complex adjacent to our main factory. This property is now used for the storage and selection of raw materials and semi-finished leathers (wet-blue and wet-white), in order to have a complete integration of the production flow and better logistics.
In 2023 the finishing department of the ILCEA division was rationalized and renovated at the Fucecchio headquarters, ensuring greater reactivity in the production and development of ILCEA products, without compromising their quality and exclusivity.
